Zhejiang Fullywow Aluminum Co., Ltd. is located at No.366 Jiayan Road, Haiyan County, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, China. Nestled between the major transportation hubs of Shanghai and Hangzhou and close to Ningbo Port, our company boasts a uniquely advantageous geographic location for business operations.

We are certified as a National High-tech Enterprise, Provincial Enterprise Research Institute and Provincial Specialized, Refined, Unique & Innovative Enterprise. We hold comprehensive authoritative accreditations including CE certification, ISO 9001, RoHS certification, REACH testing report, IATF 16949 automotive quality management system, ISO 45001 occupational health & safety, ISO 14001 environmental management, intellectual property management system and integration of informatization & industrialization certification.

We own 12 fully automated aluminum extrusion production lines equipped with isothermal high-speed extrusion, dual traction profile discharging and online quenching processes, which guarantee precise dimensional tolerance, stable mechanical performance and consistent raw material quality. Our factory also includes 2 fully automatic anodizing lines and 2 coating lines with centralized automatic control systems, as well as vertical and horizontal feeding equipment to meet diversified surface finishing requirements. Intelligent monitoring systems cover all production lines to track key process parameters in real time for consistent quality control.

We are equipped with advanced imported testing instruments, including coordinate measuring machines, Brinell hardness testers, Webster hardness testers, metallographic microscopes, spectrometers, tensile testing machines, constant-temperature drying ovens and electric blast constant-temperature ovens. These devices enable precise verification of product indicators such as dimension, angle, hardness, chemical composition and mechanical properties to fully meet client requirements. In addition, we operate an in-house chemical laboratory to inspect the chemical safety of aluminum profiles and semi-finished products.
